FYI, this information is coming at a very opportune time. Why have I never thought about iodine for cat's issues? Vet must have forgotten to recommend it. Anyway, thank you.
I wonder if anyone knows of a safe way to treat fleas on cats. Friend of mine has a cat with issues and I've warned him against using the profitable toxic ooze that the vet likes to recommend.
For some reason Earthclinic.com isn't loading, but they have a page for pets. I haven't used it but they might say something like diatomaceous earth rubbed in carefully under the chin perhaps. It'd be a bit messy. Growing up we used flea collars which worked, but Kitty never got them. Maybe to do with a fresh or clean meat diet vs. packet/processed.
